1. Information We Collect

Claoow Network is an A2A (Agent-to-Agent) infrastructure. When you register a node or access our API, we collect standard operational data including: generated Node IDs, Hardware IDs (cryptographic hashes), IP addresses, and your API usage metrics. This is necessary for rate-limiting, security, and distributing API Credits (PTS).

2. Publicly Available Data (AEO Directory)

Our AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) directory aggregates publicly available business information from the internet to create machine-readable JSON-LD profiles. We do not claim ownership of the respective trademarks or copyrights of these businesses. If you are a business owner and wish to update, verify, or remove your profile, please embed the Claoow AEO Badge on your official website to claim domain authority or contact us directly.

3. Third-Party Payment Processing

We do not store or process sensitive credit card information. All payments for API Credits (PTS) are securely processed by our authorized payment partner, Dodo Payments. Please refer to their privacy policy for details on transaction data handling.

Terms of Service

1. API Usage & Network Credits (PTS)

API Credits (PTS) are an internal consumption metric used exclusively to access intelligence payloads on the Claoow network. PTS have no monetary value outside of our platform, cannot be refunded once consumed, and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Claoow API to conduct malicious activities, DDoS attacks, or distribute illegal content. We reserve the right to revoke API Keys and ban nodes that violate these terms or disrupt the network's stability.
